STACK 15 sets the command stack to be 15 high.

Any number 1 to 16 can be used, but don't use 16;
due to a bug in the HP-71, pressing up-arrow at the top of the
command stack when it's 16 high wraps around to the bottom, which is
annoying, so use a max stack size of 15.

The stack size remains whatever you set it to even after purging
STKLEX, because the HP-71 was actually designed to have a user-
settable stack size.  They just forgot to add the STACK command.
